Dr. Reynaldo R. Medina is the President of Woodfields and since its inception,successfully charted development directions for its growth and continued expansion. Backed by a 200-strong team of engineers, specialists and support staff, Dr. Medina is credited in building Woodfields into one of the Philippines' best and highly respected Filipino consulting firms, an image and reputation well-earned and continuously being perfected through continuing education, practice and experience.

Dr. Medina is a Doctor of Engineering (Hydraulic Civil Engineering) from Kyushu University of Japan. Dr. Medina has undertaken consulting works with several projects of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), and the Overseas Economic Cooperation Fund of Japan (OECF), now the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC). In running the affairs of Woodfields, Dr. Medina is ably assisted by Executive Vice President (EVP) Engr. Jose C. Agustin who has more than 25 years of experience in construction management in the Philippines and abroad.
